1. Promoter and contact

The promoter is Platinum Marketing FZCO, trading as The Family Travel Club, IFZA Business Park, DDP, P.O. Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: collaborations@thefamilytravelclub.com. StayLapland supplies the accommodation, meals and Northern Lights tour; The Family Travel Club supplies the flight voucher.

2. Eligibility

Open to residents aged 18 or over of the United Kingdom, Ireland and the following European countries and territories: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine, Vatican City. Entry is only available where this promotion and awarding the prize are lawful. Employees of the promoter or prize suppliers, people professionally involved in this giveaway, and their immediate families or household members cannot enter. The winner must travel and may bring up to three companions. Children may travel with the consent and supervision of their parent or legal guardian.

3. Opening and closing

The Instagram giveaway opened on 25 October 2026. TikTok entries open when the official TikTok giveaway post is published. All entry routes close at 21:00 GMT on 30 November 2026 (UK and Ireland time). Late entries are invalid. New giveaway entries must be made on the designated Instagram or TikTok posts only, not through a website form.

4. How to enter

Entry is free. New entries may be made through either or both of the official social-media giveaway posts. Instagram: Follow @thefamilytravelclubuk, @aurorahillresort and @stay_lapland; tag friends in separate comments on the official giveaway post (each separate eligible comment counts as an entry); share the post to your Instagram story tagging @thefamilytravelclubuk; and send @thefamilytravelclubuk a private message saying DONE. TikTok: Follow @thefamilytravelclub and leave a comment on the official Luxury Lapland Giveaway video stating who you would like to take to Lapland. One valid TikTok comment per person counts as one entry. TikTok entrants do not need an Instagram account, Instagram story share or private message. Neither platform requires a website form. Eligibility, follows and other published entry conditions will be verified if selected. No purchase, paid membership or newsletter signup is necessary, and none improves the chance of winning. Automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. The promoter will not ask for passwords or payment.

To protect people who entered before the method changed, any valid entry already received through the previously advertised website giveaway form remains eligible and must be included fairly in the draw. No new giveaway-form submissions will be accepted. The separate free newsletter subscription is optional and does not count as a giveaway entry.

5. One prize for up to four guests

One winner receives three consecutive nights in an Aurora Family Suite at Aurora Hill Resort, Rovaniemi, for a maximum of four people including the winner; breakfast and dinner at the resort’s Roavvi restaurant during the stay; and one Northern Lights hunting tour for the travelling party. The accommodation, meals and tour package has a supplier-stated value of €3,490. Accommodation and the tour must be arranged with StayLapland and are subject to availability. The stay must take place within 1–31 March 2027. Confirm accommodation dates before committing to flights. Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed. Weather or safety conditions may affect the tour; arrangements will be discussed with the supplier.

6. Flight voucher

The winner also receives one flight voucher towards the cost of flights for the winning party: £800 if the winner resides in the United Kingdom, or €800 if the winner resides in Ireland or another eligible country. This is one voucher in total, not per person, and the two currencies are alternative prize amounts, not exchange-rate equivalents. It is a contribution towards flights, not a promise of fully paid flights. The promoter will arrange a suitable flight voucher with the verified winner after the stay dates are confirmed and before flights are booked. The winner must contact the promoter before booking flights they expect the voucher to cover. Airline, routing and flight availability vary; the airline’s booking conditions apply. Costs above the voucher value are payable by the winner. The voucher is for this prize trip, cannot be exchanged for cash and any unused value is not payable in cash. No specific airline is promised.

7. Costs and travel responsibilities

Airport and local transfers, travel insurance, passports, visas, baggage, seat selection, drinks, additional meals, activities and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated above or paid for within the flight voucher allowance. All travellers must have valid travel documents and meet entry requirements. The winner should obtain appropriate travel insurance and discuss accessibility or dietary needs with the supplier before confirming dates. The prize does not include extra guests or extra nights.

8. Winner selection and notification

There is one holiday prize and one overall winner across Instagram and TikTok combined. By 7 December 2026, the promoter will use a verifiably random comment selector to select one eligible Instagram finalist from valid Instagram comment entries, and a verifiably random TikTok comment selector to select one eligible TikTok finalist from valid TikTok comment entries. The final winner will be selected through a further verifiably random draw weighted by the number of eligible entries on each platform, rather than a fixed 50/50 split. This means every eligible comment entry has an equal chance, subject to the platform-specific entry limits. If only one platform has eligible entries, the winner will be selected from that platform. If valid website-form entries were received before that route was withdrawn, the promoter will draw a separate finalist from those legacy entries and include that pool in the weighted final draw, with its weight determined by the number of those eligible entries. If no legacy website entries exist, there will be exactly two finalists: one Instagram and one TikTok finalist. The promoter will retain records of eligible entry totals, random selections and eligibility checks.

The provisional winner will be contacted through an official message to the social-media account used to enter, or by email for a legacy form entrant, within seven days of the draw. The selected entrant will have seven days to respond and provide reasonable evidence of age, residence and compliance with the applicable entry rules. If ineligible, declining, or not replying after a reminder, a replacement may be selected using the same fair process. No payment or card details are required to claim the prize. Prize arrangements will be confirmed within 30 days of acceptance, for travel in March 2027.

9. Prize restrictions and changes

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. The promoter will not change the closing date or materially alter the prize to the disadvantage of entrants. If an element becomes unavailable for reasons beyond reasonable control, the promoter will discuss a fair alternative of equal or greater value with the winner. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A failure by the winner to obtain travel documents or attend confirmed arrangements does not automatically entitle them to replacement dates.

10. Privacy and winner information

Information associated with Instagram or TikTok entries, including public handles, comments, follows and entry-related messages, will be used to administer the draw, check eligibility, contact the winner and fulfil the prize. Any valid earlier submissions to the discontinued Shopify giveaway form will be handled for prize-draw administration and retained in accordance with the applicable terms when entered. The separate newsletter signup does not enter anyone into the giveaway and any marketing requires its own consent. Necessary winner details may be shared with StayLapland and the flight-voucher provider for prize fulfilment. The promoter is based in the UAE and data may be processed internationally with applicable safeguards. Unsuccessful entry records will be deleted within six months after the draw, unless retention is necessary for a complaint or legal requirement; winner records may be retained to fulfil the prize and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, deletion or object to processing, contact collaborations@thefamilytravelclub.com. The winner's surname and country may be made available for 30 days after the prize award to demonstrate a valid award. A winner may object or request reduced disclosure; evidence may still be provided to a regulator where required. Additional publicity requires separate agreement.

11. Platform disclaimer and complaints

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release those platforms from responsibility for this promotion. Questions and complaints should be sent to the promoter, not the platforms. The mandatory consumer and data-protection rights of entrants in their country of residence remain unaffected.
