I have paid for club membership, how do I log in?
I have signed up but have not received any email
After joining The Family Travel Club, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a welcome email with your access link. Please remember to check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders just in case.
I have not received any emails since i joined the club
If 48 hours have passed and you have not received any email, please fill out the form on our support page HERE and we will reply to you within 24 - 48 hours
Do you help plan individual holidays?
At the moment, we don’t offer individual holiday planning as we receive a very high number of requests. That said, the deals we carefully research and share are flexible and can usually be tailored to your dates and travel party size by simply adjusting the details via the booking links.
Does my membership renew automatically?
The payment to join the club is a recurring payment that will last for the duration of the chosen membership.
Once your membership expires, your membership will automatically renew. You may cancel at any time HERE
What airports do your deals depart from?
We currently share a mix of Travel Deals from airports across Ireland and the UK.
Each deal is carefully researched and only shared when we feel it represents outstanding value.
How do I book a holiday?
We carefully research destinations, accommodations, and travel deals to ensure they offer genuine value for families.
Once a deal meets our standards, we share it with Family Travel Club members, including direct booking links.
All bookings are made securely through our trusted partners or directly with the accommodation or flight provider, not personally through us.
How often will I receive family travel club emails?
As a Family Travel Club member, you’ll receive weekly emails featuring over 200+ carefully selected travel deals each month, along with exclusive member discounts, free travel guides, ready-to-use holiday itineraries, and monthly holiday giveaways.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course, you may cancel at any time. Simply follow the instructions HERE.
Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and no further payments will be taken.
You will continue to enjoy full access to 200+ monthly travel deals, exclusive discounts, free travel guides, and giveaways worth thousands, right up until the end of your current billing period.
