Digital membership access

Membership provides immediate access to digital content and benefits.
As a result, membership fees are generally non-refundable.


Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate payment), contact

Verified billing errors will be corrected.


Statutory rights
