1️⃣ MEMBERSHIP TERMS

These Membership Terms explain how membership with The Family Travel Club works, including billing, auto-renewal, cancellations, refunds, and fair use. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.


1. Membership benefits

Membership provides access to members-only digital content and benefits, which may include:

  • curated family travel deals and offers

  • exclusive discounts and partner promotions

  • travel guides and itineraries

  • giveaways, competitions, and member-only announcements

  • additional digital features added from time to time

Membership benefits may change as the club evolves.


2. Billing & auto-renewal

  • Membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).

  • Membership renews automatically until cancelled.

  • By subscribing, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method on file for each renewal at the applicable rate.

If a payment fails, access may be temporarily restricted until payment is successful.


3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

  • Access normally continues until the billing period ends.

4. Refunds

Membership provides immediate access to digital content and benefits.
For this reason, membership fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only:

  • where there is a verified billing error (e.g. duplicate charge), or

  • where required under applicable consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.


5. Access & fair use

  • Membership access is for the account holder’s personal or household use only.

  • Login sharing, resale, or redistribution of members-only content is not permitted.

  • Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.


6. Deals, pricing & availability

  • Deals may be time-limited and capacity-controlled.

  • Prices and availability can change quickly and depend on dates, airports, occupancy, and provider rules.

  • We do not guarantee that any deal or price will remain available.


7. Third-party providers

The Family Travel Club is not a travel agent and does not sell package holidays.
All bookings are made directly with third-party providers, and their terms apply.


8. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on our website is the current version.
