ELIGIBILITY AND OCCUPANCY
The partner confirmed a maximum family occupancy of TWO adults and up to THREE children for this package, subject to a suitable room being available. Children are defined by the partner's supplied rules as ages 0–12; guests aged 12 or older are treated as adults for rate purposes. Because the boundary age is expressed inconsistently in the original statement, confirm classification of any 12-year-old with reservations BEFORE booking. Children eat free from the children's menu only; adult menus, drinks, extra sides or upgrades may be charged separately.
HOW TO BOOK
Use the dedicated member-rate booking link provided on this page. The rate code is FAMILY_TC_DB. Update any prefilled sample dates and enter the actual number and ages of guests. Check the rate/package displayed and request confirmation that your booking includes the Family Travel Club Kids Eat Free benefit. If the booking link fails or only displays a public rate, contact the hotel before payment rather than assuming a later refund.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
A 50% deposit is required at booking. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. The final balance is due TWO days before arrival. Other amendments/cancellation rights, room types, meal times and availability follow the hotel's specific rate confirmation. Do not assume a free-cancellation policy.
FAMILY LEISURE AND EXTRAS
Designated family pool swimming times are offered subject to the leisure club's opening schedule, supervision and capacity rules. Spa treatments, third-party attractions, drinks and meals beyond the qualifying dinner and breakfast are not included unless your hotel confirmation explicitly says so.

HOW THE SAVING WORKS
The £100 reduction is per eligible traveller and is deducted from the qualifying holiday price, not automatically from separately purchased transport, optional excursions, spending money, travel insurance or other add-ons. Confirm the final family total and how many travellers qualify with Acorn before making payment. The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless Acorn expressly permits this.
BEFORE BOOKING
Review the specific 2027 destination and departure dates, minimum ages, family/room allocation, accommodation, included activities, meals, supervision, transfers, flights and any deposits/balance deadlines. The nature and availability of activities depend on the trip; Acorn's public website particularly highlights outdoor adventures for single-parent families.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Acorn Family Holidays' standard booking conditions and the individual itinerary apply to payments, cancellation, amendments and refunds. The Family Travel Club is not the tour operator and does not collect your booking payment.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
